Curtis Neider has 20 years of experience owning, operating, and scaling multiple businesses. Notably, he started HN Development Services which managed the development and construction of more than 75 franchise restaurant units including Five Guys, Costa Vida, El Pollo Loco, Slapfish, Freebird, and Pizza Studio. Mr. Neider was responsible for all restaurant designing and planning at HN. 

He has served as owner and CEO of a Capital Stack Finance Corporation, Smell Better Hawaii, and Illuminate Billing Advocates.

Curt acquired Alltemp, Inc, an HVAC and commercial refrigeration company in Maui, Hawaii. He currently serves as Alltemp’s CEO and was able to grow Alltemp’s revenue by 20% in his first year at Alltemp. His experience includes business start-up, finance, operations, marketing, acquisition and disposition, construction and real estate. 

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young and is a licensed general contractor in the states of Utah, Idaho, and California. 

Mike Hansen has over 20 years of business experience with heavy experience in operations, finance, and accounting. While engaged as CFO at HN Capital for 9 years, Mike directly managed finance, accounting, and operations for over $50 million in holdings, which included multiple restaurant concepts, two general contracting firms, and several commercial real estate development companies. 

He was CFO and managed operations as the firm grew from 14 to over 40 Five Guys Burgers and Fries in 4 different states and was responsible for taking the firm’s Five Guys holdings through 3 different exits. Mike assisted in bringing Slapfish to Utah and opened 3 locations. He was also responsible in assisting with structuring a deal to acquire 4 existing Super Chix restaurants in Texas, opening the first Super Chix outside of Texas, and onboarding the first franchisee for Super Chix. 

In 2020, Mike teamed with Curt Neider to acquire Illuminate Billing Advocates, a behavioral health medical billing company. While serving as CEO of Illuminate Billing Advocates, Mike tripled the size of the business. 

Mike holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Missouri Western State University, a Master of Science in Accounting degree from Kennesaw State University, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah.
